Email your order request through to sale@creativeb.co.za
Step 2
Our team will process your quote according to your order request
(Please check your quote for additions, changes or corrections)
NOTE: We manufacture on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Your lead time can be confirmed upon approval of your quote.
Step 3
Once you approve the quote an EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payment is required with POP (Proof of Payment) to be sent to sales@creativeb.co.za
Our team will issue your Tax invoice as per the Confirmed quotation and be sent for your records.
Step 4
Your order will be placed in line for manufacturing
Step 5
Once your order has been completed:
Deliveries: You will receive a tracking number if you choose to courier with us.
Collection: You will receive a notification that your order is ready for collection
For collections you can choose to arrange your own courier for collection.
